To train operators in the Safe Operation of Generators including:

  • health and safety regulations
  • pre-start inspections 
  • procedure for dealing with defective equipment
  • refuelling and recharging
  • operating machines
  • post-operational checks

Who Is The Course Suitable For?

This course is for any person who is required to use a Generator in the course of undertaking work tasks.

This course covers the operation of a Generator.

Course Objectives

The objective of this course is to ensure that operatives are able to safely operate a Generator in accordance with HSE requirements and guidelines.
