Our Training Facilities

QTS Training has five modern, comfortable, well-lit and fully equipped classrooms.

Each room is furnished with LCD screen, white board and internet access and classrooms 1 and 2 are equipped with PCs for e-learning and touchscreen courses.

Our 700m double line training railway track is Network Rail approved for delivery of Track Induction and On-track Plant training delivery and includes an operational Level Crossing and Points Operating system.

QTS Training, Linby, has two modern, well-lit and fully equipped classrooms. Both classrooms are furnished with digital screens, white boards and internet access. There is also a large, modern break-out area and canteen and outdoor area for candidates to enjoy during breaks.

The training railway track provides an area for Personal Track Safety and DCCR training delivery.

Our Knottngley Training Centre has a large, modern classroom which can comfortably accommodate 12 candidates, together with a smaller room which can be utilised for smaller number training courses and as a break-out area. All rooms have LCD screens, white boards and internet access.

There is large external and covered areas for practical training, including a track panel for Personal Track Safety, DCCR and Small Plant and Tools training.

The training centre is easy to reach, just off the motorway and has ample car parking.

Our Leeds training centre has a modern, well-lit and fully equipped classroom furnished with LCD screens, white board and internet access.

There is an outdoor practical training area where Small Tools, Abrasive Wheel and Fire Awareness training courses are held.

QTS Training, Malmesbury, has a modern, well-lit and fully equipped classroom which is furnished with LCD projector, white board and internet access and is adjacent to our practical work area and training rail track.

The training railway track provides an area for Personal Track Safety and DCCR training delivery.

Classroom 1  -  10 candidates

Our large, indoor rope access training facility is located at our Drumclog, Lanarkshire training centre and is fully equipped to cater for all rope access and working at heights training course requirements.

The rope access training area is approved by IRATA for delivery of Level 1 to 3 rope access training. The facility also includes training areas for rooftop awareness, ascent, descent, work positioning, fall arrest and rescue training and includes:

Our bespoke confined space training facility is unrivalled in Scotland with an underground system of tunnels and chambers which provides for a wide variety of realistic training scenarios to take place.

Combining modern classroom facilities with our dedicated Confined Space entry facilities and underground tunnel system allows us to meet the varying requirements of our customers depending on the training and rescue simulation required and ranging from confined space awareness to specialist rescue training.
